You Can’t Do That

We all have our baggage and ugly thoughts we carry around.

Even with all the
skills I can teach you, you will
never EVER do away with ugly thinking.

Negativity Bias

There is something magnetic about the negative news these days. Why is it that so many of us are drawn to it?

Angry Little Elves

Our country is in a crisis, schools are closed, jobs are influx, and the future is uncertain.

Dealing with Chaos

Bravery

When you approach your present state through the lens of your future dream, taking action isn’t scary, it is simply the next logical step.

Our Chaotic Lives

I started pursuing meditation as a means to find more peace in my work and home life. As any overachiever personality would do, I downloaded three meditation timers and ordered 10 meditation books and manuals. I wasn’t just going to meditate; I was going to be the BEST meditator. (Move over, Siddhartha.)

Save the Drama for . . . well, you know . . .

Recently I’ve had several sessions with a similar underlying theme relating to drama and the stories about ourselves and our lives that we carry around with us.

So many of us carry stories about ourselves or our past that are so riddled with drama that it is making all of us crazy!
