I am a holistic, intuitive career coach for women.

What does that mean?

I am an attorney and certified coach. As someone who guides individuals on their career paths, I integrate both practical and intuitive approaches. I see each person as a whole being, considering not just their professional goals but also their personal values, emotional well-being, and spiritual alignment.

My work involves tapping into my intuition to sense what clients might need beyond what they verbally express, helping them uncover deeper desires, potential blocks, and the most aligned steps forward in their careers.

How is your coaching unique?

In my coaching, I don’t just focus on traditional career strategies like resume building or job searching. Instead, I combine these with a deep understanding of the client’s inner world, using tools like meditation, energy work, and mindfulness to help them connect with their true purpose and make decisions that are in harmony with their entire being.

A story about why I do this work.

What do your clients want?

Coaching for women lawyers is designed to support and empower women in the legal profession by addressing the distinct challenges they encounter, such as navigating gender biases, achieving work-life balance, and advancing in a traditionally male-dominated field. My coaching focuses on building confidence, leadership skills, and resilience, helping women lawyers to overcome obstacles, articulate their value, and achieve their professional goals.

The coaching process often includes strategies for managing stress, improving time management, and enhancing communication skills, all while staying true to their personal values and professional aspirations. By offering tailored guidance and support, my work helps women to excel in their careers, break through glass ceilings, and find fulfillment both in and out of the courtroom.

Me, in real life…

I’m 50% lawyer, 50% hippie. A green thumb enthusiast, cheese aficionado, beer snob, clueless sommelier, recovering attorney, dreamy writer, terrible singer, weird sense of humor, tea-aholic, mediocre dancer, lover of life and all things furry with a pirate mouth and more tattoos than my mom prefers.

What I’ve Been Working On

The Lawyer Life Survival Guide,” (2024) a book for every professional who struggles to find their true north. This book explores the shocking realities of practicing law and the lack of preparation often provided in law schools. Providing practical tips through a poignant exploration of the realities of women in the legal industry coupled with the author’s personal experiences with abuse and career dumpster fires, this book is a must read for any professional woman.

As an attorney, this book chronicles my journey through abuse and toxic relationships (personal and professional), drawing parallels between how we show up in our personal lives as well as our professional lives and the impact it has on our success in all aspects of life. This book explores the challenging world of practicing law, while providing practical and actionable tips I’ve gleaned from years of coaching hundreds of lawyers all over the world. This book will help attorneys better understand the challenges of practicing law while reconnecting with their value and gaining clarity around their future.

Praise for my latest work…

“I’m not a lawyer, but this book resonated with me so
deeply and said things I’ve probably needed to hear for most of my adult life.”

Author,Powerhouse Women: She Built It Herself,” (2022) a book that delineates the stories of such CEO female entrepreneurs-the ones who stood alone but strong in chasing their visions for a life of more stability, fulfillment, and influence; a life of success and abundance, rather than scarcity and stress. Their stories demonstrate a very empowering fact: that women, when they choose to maximize on their potential and burn bright instead of fading into the shadows, are illustrious, formidable, and a pillar of strength.
