I am a holistic career coach for lawyers who want sustainable success—without sacrificing their health, values, or sense of self.

What does that mean?

I’m both an attorney and a certified coach. I understand the legal profession from the inside out—the pressure, the pace, the expectations, and the unspoken costs of high performance. My work is grounded in the belief that lawyers don’t just need better time management or career strategy; they need support that treats them as whole human beings.

I work with lawyers by looking at the full picture: professional goals, workload realities, nervous system health, emotional well-being, personal values, and long-term sustainability. Career decisions don’t happen in a vacuum, and burnout, dissatisfaction, and stagnation are rarely “just about the job.”

How is your coaching unique?

Most career coaching for lawyers focuses narrowly on tactics—résumés, job searches, productivity hacks, or advancement strategies. Those tools can be useful, but they often miss the deeper issues that actually drive dissatisfaction and burnout.

My approach integrates practical career strategy with evidence-informed stress management, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. Depending on the client, this may include tools such as meditation, nervous system regulation, values clarification, and boundary design—alongside concrete planning around workload, career direction, leadership, and communication.

The goal is not to push harder. The goal is to help lawyers make decisions and build careers that are aligned, sustainable, and livable—so success doesn’t come at the expense of health or fulfillment.

A story about why I do this work.

What do your clients want?

My clients are high-performing lawyers who are often outwardly successful but internally exhausted, disconnected, or questioning what comes next. They want clarity, stability, and a sense of control over their careers without burning everything down.

Coaching often focuses on:

  • Managing chronic stress and preventing burnout
  • Redesigning workload and boundaries
  • Clarifying career direction and next steps
  • Improving energy, focus, and decision-making
  • Strengthening leadership presence and communication
  • Aligning professional success with personal values

My role is to help lawyers move from survival mode to intentional, sustainable success—both in and out of the office.

What I’ve Been Working On

The Lawyer Life Survival Guide,” (2024) a book for every professional who struggles to find their true north. This book explores the shocking realities of practicing law and the lack of preparation often provided in law schools. Providing practical tips through a poignant exploration of the realities of women in the legal industry coupled with the author’s personal experiences with abuse and career dumpster fires, this book is a must read for any professional woman.

As an attorney, this book chronicles my journey through abuse and toxic relationships (personal and professional), drawing parallels between how we show up in our personal lives as well as our professional lives and the impact it has on our success in all aspects of life. This book explores the challenging world of practicing law, while providing practical and actionable tips I’ve gleaned from years of coaching hundreds of lawyers all over the world. This book will help attorneys better understand the challenges of practicing law while reconnecting with their value and gaining clarity around their future.

Praise for my latest work…

“I’m not a lawyer, but this book resonated with me so
deeply and said things I’ve probably needed to hear for most of my adult life.”

Author,Powerhouse Women: She Built It Herself,” (2022) a book that delineates the stories of such CEO female entrepreneurs-the ones who stood alone but strong in chasing their visions for a life of more stability, fulfillment, and influence; a life of success and abundance, rather than scarcity and stress. Their stories demonstrate a very empowering fact: that women, when they choose to maximize on their potential and burn bright instead of fading into the shadows, are illustrious, formidable, and a pillar of strength.
