You don’t have to look very far to find studies confirming what we all know to be true–the legal profession is suffering.
Countless studies confirm that our attorneys are struggling with substance abuse, mental health challenges, anxiety, and stress at alarming rates.
Many of these studies have demonstrated the need for greater support and mentorship in the legal profession.
At the same time, as attorneys, we need to develop better and healthier coping skills to overcome the inevitable challenges of practicing law.
I give my clients the foundational tools to manage the demands of practicing law and take control of their career to find a healthier and happier version of success.
As a practicing attorney, I’ve been there. I spent a decade building my specialty and later establishing my own practice group and building it from the ground up. In coaching, I leverage all of my experiences working at boutique firms, nationwide firms, and regional firms, teaching in law and business schools, going in-house with a Fortune 300 Company, starting my own firm and eventually pivoting away from law.
I made all sorts of mistakes and tried a million things that didn’t work. My clients benefit from those experiences to create their own unique success that aligns with their values and goals, whatever that may look like!
